Consumer - a natural or legal person who wishes to purchase, purchase or purchase a product or use a service for a purpose which is not directly related to its business;
Buyer - a person who purchases goods in the Seller's Internet store. The Buyer may be either a Consumer or a non-Consumer;
Product - Any thing the Seller offers or sells to the Consumer through this website;
Manufacturer - a person who, within the framework of his economic or professional activities, manufactures or renews a product for sale or presents himself as a Producer, indicating (marking) his name (firm), name, surname, trademark or other differences in the technical passport of the product or its packaging or goods sign;
Regulatory enactments - Cabinet Regulation No. 20 of 20 May 2014 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, Consumer Rights Protection Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law and other binding normative acts.
Warranty - a statement by the Manufacturer, the Seller or the Service Provider that the Product or Service, or a component thereof, for a certain period of time will retain its use, safety and performance, and that the Manufacturer, Seller or Service Provider undertakes additional obligations not provided for in this Law and other regulatory enactments;
Terms of Use - The instructions of the Manufacturer or the Seller, in accordance with which the Product retains its (use) qualities and proper quality, as well as does not endanger the Consumer's property, health, life or environment;
Prices - The final price of the Product on the Website, including taxes and fees, for which the Seller sells the Goods through this website. The price does not include the delivery of the Goods;

General Terms and Conditions - These Terms (General Terms and Conditions of the Website).
1. General rules
1.1. These Terms determine the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. Before you start using the Website, please read these Terms of Use carefully.
1.3. By commencing the use of the Website, the User agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.4. The Seller may delete, modify, or supplement information on the Website, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
1.5. The images and description of the items being viewed may be slightly different from those offered.
2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
2.1. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally waive the Product within 14 (fourteen) days to cover delivery costs in accordance with regulatory enactments.
2.2. The term for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be counted from the day of delivery of the Product - if one Product is ordered; from the last day of delivery of the Goods - if several items are included in the order; from the date of delivery of the last batch or part of the Product - in the case of delivery by lots or lots.
2.3. The exercise of the right of withdrawal means the Buyer's notification of the withdrawal of the Product and the submission or sending to the Seller.
2.4. Disclaimer for Notification The Consumer may use the Seller's Forms of Refusal Form or any other free or written notice of refusal, in which the Consumer shall specify:

"I declare that I want to opt out of buying this Product"

2.5. The Returnable Product must be delivered to Zemitana Street 9 by the Consumer and must be complete.
2.6. By using the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may return the Product to the Seller without packaging, if the Consumer has not been able to view the Product without opening the package, and it has not been possible to store the Product on the packaging, eg because of the size of the package, as it is not an integral part of the Product.
2.7. The sending of a withdrawal form or a notice of withdrawal shall terminate the contract and release the Consumer from any contractual obligations arising out of the contract or from the obligation to conclude such a contract if the offer is made by the Consumer.
2.8. The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if the Product is made according to the instructions of the Consumer or the Product is clearly personalized; if the Product is perishable or expires soon; if the Consumer has opened the packaging for the Product, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons; Due to its characteristics, the product is permanently confused with other things after delivery, etc.
2.9. The money for the Product is returned by using the original payment method.
3. Consumer responsibility
he consumer is liable for the diminution of the value of the Product or its use contrary to good faith if the Product is used during the exercise of the right of withdrawal beyond the limits of the conditions of use necessary to ascertain its nature and nature.
3.2. It is the responsibility of the consumer to return the Product to the Seller no later than 14 days after the written refusal. The Seller or Service Provider shall be obliged to refund the amount of money paid to the Consumer, including the delivery costs paid by the Consumer, not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Agreement.
3.3. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Product within the term of the right of withdrawal.

Shipping with Omniva from EUR 0-4.99 (depending on order amount)

Shipping outside Riga EUR 13.99
Delivery is on working days
If the recipient cannot be reached and is not at home, the order is returned to the Seller and re-delivered at the specified address at a different time (additional delivery fee)
We will notify the delivery of the order to the addressee via sms.

We will process the orders you make outside of our working hours the next day, from the morning.
5. Payment
Payment for the product is possible in one of the following ways:
by making a non-cash transfer with Visa or MasterCard payment card, receiving cash in Zemitana Street 9 or non-cash transfer via Paypay payment system.
6. Dispute Resolution
The legal relations arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
